For our 2024 Bendigo staff Christmas party this year, we want to ensure that the timing of the event aligns with the preferences of our staff. It was during the 2023 event, we received feedback from some staff that it would be preferable to host it mid year instead, due to stress already around Christmas from workloads and other commitments.
